Treatment for Teeth Grinding and Jaw Pain
If you suffer from jaw pain when you wake up in the morning, you might have a clenching and grinding habit, also known as bruxism. Other signs of a clenching and grinding habit include:

Numbness in the face or fingers
Clicking, popping, or locking of your jaw joints
Teeth not coming together correctly
You don't have to live in pain, which can ruin your quality of life and feel exhausting! We offer TMJ therapy and relief from the symptoms of bruxism by creating custom splints, also known as nightguards. Our nightguards not only relieve the pain of clenching and grinding, but they also protect your teeth from unnecessary wear and help your jaw relax.
Treatment for Sleep Apnea
Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) is a serious medical condition that puts your health at risk. Loud snoring is often a sign that you might suffer from sleep apnea.
For many patients, the use of a CPAP (continuous positive air pressure) machine is just not feasible. We offer an alternative by treating snoring and sleep apnea with a specially designed oral appliance. It works by gently opening your airway so that you can get a better night's sleep. Oral appliance therapy, or OAT, is an American Academy of Sleep Medicine-approved treatment for OSA and snoring.
For many patients, this provides great results!
